The specification of this racquet would suit a front court doubles player. 

The Astrox 88 S GAME is still head heavy to help generate enough power in your doubles games. However it is not extremely head heavy and is designed to help you with an advantage at the front and mid court. 

Enhanced Rotational Generator System (More Versatile than the previous model)

The new Astrox 88 D GAME is forged with a new material, the 2G-Nanomesh Neo that can maintain the strength of the material whilst reducing the weight. This provides further flexibility to enhance the Rotational Generator system.

This technology enables the racquet to feel even balance when stationary, but becomes head heavy when you're swinging it. 

Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate Attacking Players

Designed for an aggressive player. The Yonex Astrox 88 D GAME is very user friendly, yet able to be customised with high tension (up to 28 lbs) especially for intermediate players to take on a more serious game.

Yonex Astrox 88s Game

Ive only been playing badminton for under a year, but I have participated in minor junior tournaments.

I would suggest this racket:

To someone who wants a mix of speed, control and power, and mainly plays doubles.

This racket can also be used for singles, but I would suggest a more head heavy racket for singles, as smash power is vital. If you would like to buy a racket that would work both for doubles and singles, I would suggest the 88D as it is more head heavy.

The racket is built with good quality materials, and is easy to use and get use to. It is forgiving on the shoulder and arm and is medium flex, making it great for intermediate to advanced players.
