We understand there were a couple of hiccups in the delivery process from time to time especially during the long lockdown season in 2021. This is mainly caused by overwhelmed volume of parcels received by the shipping company, that contributed to some delays. Our fulfilment team has always been efficient in getting order shipped out within 1-2 business days. The lockdown in Victoria did not affect our operations in fulfilling online orders, and we can assure that there is no delays in fulfilment from our end at this stage.
