Good choice for doubles

I'm using the JS12 for doubles and I prefer it over anything in the Yonex. The JS12 is aerodynamic and fast even on this 3U (88 grams) version. Well this is something special and not available in any of the Yonex. Try to stick to this 3U 88 grams as the lighter versions don't produce power very well. I'm not a physically strong player but this 3U 88 grams works well for me. I'd normally go for the lighter 4U 83 grams version but this racket in the 3U 88 grams is just nice for me.

a lot of control on this racquet

After a month using this racquet, here is my review.

It has a lot of control and swings very quickly into the air, because the frame is aerodynamic, combined with a thin frame.

In terms of hitting, The jetspeed s12 feels flexible and is able to generate alot of power even for regular hitters like me. Since I'm not a very strong player, I'll be needing the flexibility on the racquet to help generate power for my shots. Therefore smashes are great. Net shots and drives are so quick as the racquet feels so light.

What you need to take note of this racquet? Although it can take up to 30lbs of tension, do not go all the way to 30lbs as it could get too difficult to handle. My advise is to stick with the 24-26lbs range depending on your individual strength (if you're stronger you can go higher).

Apart from the racquet, great service from Badminton Click and special thanks to Jen for answering all my questions so promptly. The free shipping option only took around 2 days to arrive to Sydney NSW.

can take high tension

This is my favourite badminton racquet at the moment. Actually the reason I like this racquet is because it can take high tension up to 30lbs. Therefore it has a stronger frame.
